Terms of Service

• All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking.
• Deposits are refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows will forfeit the deposit.
• I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as needed.

• Membership provides 2 spray tans per month at a discounted rate.
• Unused tans do not roll over to the following month.
• Additional tans beyond the monthly allotment can be purchased at a member rate.
• Memberships automatically renew monthly until cancelled.
• You may cancel your membership at any time.

All payments are processed securely through Square. I accept major credit cards and Apple Pay. By making a payment, you authorize me to charge your payment method for the services rendered.

I strive to provide high-quality spray tan services. Results may vary based on individual skin type and proper aftercare. I am not responsible for results affected by failure to follow pre-tan or aftercare instructions.

Please inform me of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment. If you are pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider before receiving a spray tan.

Sunday Tan is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. A patch test is recommended if you have sensitive skin or have never had a spray tan before.

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
