Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Sunday Tan services, including the website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Section 02
Booking and Appointments
- All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking.
- Deposits are refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will forfeit the deposit.
- No-shows will forfeit the deposit.
- I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as needed.
Section 03
Sunday Club Membership
- Membership provides 2 spray tans per month at a discounted rate.
- Unused tans do not roll over to the following month.
- Additional tans beyond the monthly allotment can be purchased at a member rate.
- Memberships automatically renew monthly until cancelled.
- You may cancel your membership at any time.
Section 04
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Square. I accept major credit cards and Apple Pay. By making a payment, you authorize me to charge your payment method for the services rendered.
Section 05
Service Expectations
I strive to provide high-quality spray tan services. Results may vary based on individual skin type and proper aftercare. I am not responsible for results affected by failure to follow pre-tan or aftercare instructions.
Section 06
Health and Safety
Please inform me of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment. If you are pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider before receiving a spray tan.
Section 07
Liability and Modifications
Sunday Tan is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. A patch test is recommended if you have sensitive skin or have never had a spray tan before.
I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
